Did you read README.1ST? If not, read it. It explains (1) which files you should have downloaded, and (2) some changes you *must* make to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file before using DJGPP. If you think you did this, please post the output files from the following: dir c:\djgpp\manifest\*.ver > dirmani.txt set > set.txt (adjust the DJGPP path if necessary). Alternatively, you could download and run John Aldrich's new (pre-release) DJVERIFY utility, which attempts to diagnose DJGPP setup problems.
