     Although not directly related to Allegro(which Is IMHO phenomenal,
thanks Mr. Hargraves!) The DJGPP source distribution for Pov-Ray3.0(consult
your favorite search engine for URL&mirrors) has some simply increadible
font tools, which utilize Windows TTFs. I believe you could probably get
some exellent ideas there. Check it out!
