I know that it's unlikely > anyone has the answer to that question yet, but I figure I'll ask Actually I have the answer. I haven't tried it (because I don't use doublespace), but the READ.ME file claims that Stacker (which is what OpenDOS uses) can convert Doublespace drives over to Stacker (better) format. I think you can use the drive without converting it, too. > it anyways... I used DR DOS 6.0 for years, and I loved it. The only complaint I had is that the OS was only DOS 3.31-compatible. So I couldn't run BlakeStone, which required DOS 5.0 or greater. I had more than enough memory (627k). But I really liked DR DOS, and when I get to playing around with OpenDOS, I'm sure I will love it too. > lol. I think that it's the caldera server though. I can't get through on I finally got the file by telnetting to my Unix account and downloading through Lynx. I then ftp'd the file over to my box at home. I can see a lot of potential for OpenDOS, let's hope our guesses are right. Paul Brannan brannanp AT musc DOT edu
