This is most probably a broken news->mail gateway that creates bounces back to the original poster and not the address of the gateway maintainer (which seems to be a common problem on non-RFC-compliant mailers, since they don't have a separate Sender apart from From:). You could try to mail postmaster@..., but since it is a non-RFC system, there may not be one.
