I first want to look at the code to see if there is a proper interface to add another file system to the OS. There must either be a kind Installable File System Manager (IFSMgr ala Win 95) or an int 2f redirector intercace (ala dos). I'm _not_ in the mood for writing such a virtual file system layer (ala Linux) myself. Of course, if I'm not gonna do it, somebody else will. I will distribute the Win 95 FSD (including sources) in a couple of weeks. Let's wait and see. Do I understand correctly that OpenDos will also run on 286's? If so, what is OpenDos, real mode?, 16 bits protected mode, or 32 bits protected mode (which cannot run on 2856 of course)???? cheers, Peter > g. -- Peter van Sebille Origin / Nieuwegein BV P.O.
