Did you follow the directions in readme.1st? Did you remember to set DJGPP to the file DJGPP.ENV and not just the path to it? Did you pkunzip -d *.zip the archives as stated in the readme.1st file? Tell you what, go to a Simtelnet mirror and start over. Ensure you get the latest release of each package djdev* faq* bnu* txi* and I think I'm missing something, but the readme file will mention it if you have it, if not it is in the same directory djdev* is. Use a simtelnet mirror or delorie.com to get up-to-date files.
