You should enlarge the environment size of your DOS box. I believe that is done in one of its property sheets, since you seem to run Windows 95 (you should always state this, btw). Another way is to use the SHELL= command on your CONFIG.SYS and add the /E:1024 switch to the COMMAND.COM.
