   I have the following in a winsock.h file and get syntax error before ";"
   and a lot of other errors:

   typedef struct WSAData {
	   WORD wlow; 						<-- syntax error before ;
	   WORD whigh;						<-- syntax error before ;
	   char szDescription [WSADESCRIPTION_LEN+1];
	   char szSystemStatus [WSASYS_STATUS_LEN+1];
	   unsigned short imaxSockets;
	   unsigned short iMaxUdpdg;
	   char FAR *lpVendorInfo;					<--parse error before *
   } WSADATA;
   typedef WSADATA FAR *LPWSADATA				<-- parse error before * And
									Warning: C++ forbids declaration
									with no type or storage class.

It looks like the data type 'WORD' is not defined in the included header files.
