This appears to be a configuration problem. Make sure that you have set the DJGPP environment variable in your AUTOEXEC.BAT as instructed in the 'readme.1st' file, and that you don't have any extraneous definitions of the C_INCLUDE_PATH and LIBRARY_PATH environment variables. If this doesn't work, get the DJGPP Frequently Asked Questions list (v2/faq202b.zip) and look in chapter 8 for hints.
