(see 00index.txt for exact location) Get the following files: rcs57pc1.zip and rcs57pc2.zip These files contain the source code and the DOS16, DOS32, OS/2 and Win32 console binaries for rcs, diff and merge. The DOS and Win32 console versions work perfectly with DJGPP. The Win32 console version knows about long file names on Win95 and WinNT. The DOS port done by Marc Singer is almost the same but implements a kind of symbolic link facility for MS-DOS and some other minor changes.
