Is the CD volume getting set to zero, or is something more serious going
on like the track not playing at all? Ie. can you get a list of tracks
up, start/pause them, etc? If it's just the volume being wrong, I
recently fixed that (Allegro was resetting the soundcard mixer, when it
really shouldn't have been). The patch will be in the next release...
