I went thru this a while back myself, and I think the consensus was that the DPMI server built into DOSEMU does not provide virtual memory (i.e., paging) capabilities. But that's OK... all you need to do is change your dosemu.conf file to say something like; dpmi 16384 or however much RAM you want to be available in your DOS session, then DOSEMU will let Linux do the paging for you. If you need more RAM for your program, make the "dpmi ...." in dosemu.conf a bigger number.
