Darn...I thought I had it for you. This is from the makefile and where your problem occurs (i think): */%.exe : obj/%.o liballeg.a gcc $(LFLAGS) -o $@ $< liballeg.a I guess you use -lalleg when "liballeg.a" is not in the current directory. Hmmm I can see why this is so frustrating. I had no problem with the Allegro makefile. I don't think I can help you at this time...
