You can the the complete DOS app kit for a single developer for $800. This includes ALL source code. I haven't licensed the kit yet, but probably will soon. Also, it appears that Zinc is just about the only player out there who has Unicode support available TODAY. Other people are saying "real soon now", but they've been saying that about Windows 95 too (or is it Windows 96 yet...).
