Hello,

I finally installed 1.12 during the middle of a port of GNU tar.  Code
which previously (under version 1.11) compiled and linked now gives
undefined external "Ld" and something that looks like a compiler
defined label (two letters and a 4 or 5 digit number) errors.

In addition, gas would sometimes (apparently randomly) report unknown
register %d (which looks familiar to me but I guess not to gas :-} ).

No one else has reported this kind of behavior on this list so other than
getting a new copy of gcc260bn.zip and re-installing cc1.exe, does anyone
have any suggestions.
