You can avoid timeout by sending regularly keyboard inputs to the server
(ie press return, say every 2 or 3 minutes while transfering) !!!

I downloaded the X libraries (from Portugal). This is a beta release.
It is a good begining but do not hope to port big applications to djgpp
with it (I tried to port jed, and I failed... !). Hooks do not seem
to work at all, and there are problems with evenements too.
But it is fun to see the standard examples such as maze or xmine working !
