Hello,

I am very new to DJGPP and I have used the emx port of GNU c on an OS/2
platform for quite a while. 

I was wondering if there is a Microsoft Windows development kit available
as a public domain package to go with djgpp (just as EMX support Presentation
Manager Programming)? Otherwise, is it possible to djgpp with commercially
available Windows Development Kit?
