If you just need a compiler, you dont need 200MB. For v1.11 we made some
distribution disks for our students containing the C and C++ compiler,
assembler, libraries, headers, LIBGRX, FLEX, BISON, video drivers and
utilities (*.exe).
We added a shareware text-editor and a (almost foolproof) batchfile for
installation.

All together it needs 3 (in words: THREE) disks of 1.4MB. 
A fourth (optional) disk is also available containing objective-C and the
optional LIBGRX-fonts.

I hope v1.12 can also be cut down to useful size.
