Try using a real drive (not a RAMdrive) as swap space. The file README.DJ clearly states: set GO32TMP=c:/tmp ^^^ this is where your paging file goes - if not set, the variables TMP and TEMP are checked in that order. This should be a real drive. In your case, both GO32TMP and TEMP point to the RAM drive. Btw, why your COMSPEC says COMMAND.COM, if you run msh as a shell? Is it OK? I don't work with MKS toolkit, so I woudn't know.
