Hi, 

A DOS version of shell program can be found in the following place:

Location: /pub/simtel20-cdrom/msdos/sysutl
	FILE: ms_sh164.zip

I just downloaded it yesterday and I'm not sure it can work properly.
But I'm sure it is a DOS version of shell program.
