If you have a GRX based application you can compile your application
using the MSTOOLS and the application opens a graphics window (depending
on the size of the requested GrSetmode call). The GRX callsare
implemented using WIN32s calls. This makes your application portable 
to WIN 3.1 (provided you install WIN32s under WIN3.1).
