Subject: help clarkson archive-server access

I am a non-FTP user although I do have email access.  I thought I could request
djgpp files (specifically djgpp maintenance releases beyond 2) via the clarkson
archive server:

                archive-server AT omnigate DOT clarkson DOT edu

However, I don't seem to get a response to my request for usage help from this
address.  Is this address correct?  Or do I have some problem on my end?  I
access email via a VAX gateway.  Thanks for any help.
