Is there anybody working on a TCP/IP library for djgpp?  It would be very 
cool for open-network-stream to work in OEMACS (or even in 19.25).

Perhaps WATTCP would be a good starting place, although it has quite a bit 
of assembly source.  Maybe something like the NET2 networking code would be 
a better starting place as it might be more portable?
