Hi 

  A port of the GNU fileutils has been done under the 'gnuish' system,
although the ports I found were for v1.4 in about 1990. I think these
are the versions I am using and they were successful when building
emacs-19.25. 

  They can be found at

rigel.acs.oakland.edu:
  /pub/msdos/gnuish/futi14.ax.zip

  or use archie to find a gnuish directory nearer to you.
