Subject: TCPIP library

        As there is quite a lot of interest in this library, I would like to 
put it on a publically accessable ftp site. Unfortuantely I haven't got one, 
and I would prefer not to send it by mail. (Also his means I could give you 
the ready compiled libraries too.)
        If anyone has an ftp site available, then would they please post me.
