Subject: Missing header files where can i obtain

When running (or attempting) to run the curses library
djgpp complains that it cannot find the
following .h files these do not exist on my disk -
since i am running the execution only environment,
which did not have these files enclosed

i have installed the latest patch to level 5.

errno.h
types.h
unistd.h
pc.h
time.h
setjmp.h
limits.h
string.h

Can anybody advise where i can obtain these files from
