The patch released in this mailing list yesterday had been
renumered to 3. So, now the available version of LUG
is 1.0.3.

The changes from the original english version (1.0.1) have
been:

    PCX reader had several bugs reading < 256 color images. Fixed :-).

    Added support for GIF89a.

    Now, the TIFF interface can handle images with any # of colors.
