sblaster.zip in djgpp has an example of the interface.  I've done work
with other modes as well, including double buffered DMA, but I
purchased the SB programmer's reference to get the information.  You
still need one of the Intel manuals to figure out how to program the
DMA, and you'll need a separate spec for the FM chip.  For the money
I paid, I expected to get all this . . . :-(
