Subject: Correct version of go32.exe

I have downloaded the necessary files from oak.oakland.edu but get an
error saying gcc requires a later version of go32.exe.

gcc.exe dated 12-16-93
go32.exe dated 12-05-93 version 1.11

files downloaded where

gcc257bn.zip, djeoe111.zip djdev111.zip bnu22bn.zip gas211bn.zip

Is there a later version of go32 or is there another solution
