Last I checked the DJGPP wazs sadly out of date. You might check with the maintianer there, Gregory Higgins (higgins AT watson DOT math DOT niu DOT edu). There's also a mirror at QDECK.COM. If you upload there, send mail to Bortels AT qdeck DOT com, or it will get deleted. It may get deleted anyway, since their primary mission is supporting Quarterdeck products. But since the vast majority of PD software for DESQview/X is ported using DJGPP, anything that makes DJGPP easier to use is a win from their point of view I imagine. Both FTP.MATH.NIU.EDU and QDECK.COM are far easier to access than OMNIGATE, and SIMTEL may frown on beta uploads. Although in your case you might easily argue that this is v 1.0, and any further uploads will be maintenance releases. Do you plan to put your TeXInfo->man page software in the public domain? I've commented before about the problem of keeping man pages up-to-date, and if you have something semi-automatic (totally automatic weapons require special licenses in the States anyway :->), even GNU might be interested in it. Certainly lots of others would be, and they could update their bash and gawk pages, etc., even if you personally do keep up with the GNU releases of GCC.
