Has anyone looked at my sound blaster code in contrib/sblaster?  I wrote it
months ago and still have no idea what's causing it to lock up.  This would
be the start of a really nice SB library for DJGPP, and I'd be willing to
invest more time in it if someone were to send me a patch to either my code
or GO32 (whichever is hosed).

Gerhard Kordmann <kordmann AT utrurt DOT uni-trier DOT de> sent me code that he claims
fixes the choppiness.  Has anyone fixed the other problem?
