Has anyone run go32 with QEMM 7.02 and QDPMI?  I don't have any problems with
QEMM 6.02 and QDPMI 1.01, but a user with the newer QEMM reports immediate
crashes.  SET go32=nodpmi didn't seem to help.  Just to make the debugging
task easier, he's on the other coast and blind.
