Thank's for all the replies!

I indeed had "SET GO32= ... 2r1 ..." in my environment.

Removing "2r1" makes everything work without ERROR:
The CPP-WARNING message is displayed, and CC1 and AS create a perfect
Object-File!

I probably can live very well whithout "2r1"-redirection.
