Yes; what's required to do it effectively is o Agreement from the mailing list maintainer that it's acceptable to gateway a newsgroup to/from the mailing list. o An Internet site with good connectivity (i.e. you probably don't want it going through a 2400bps dialup SL/IP link) that is willing to gateway the news to the mailing list and vice-versa. o Someone with an Internet connection who's willing to take the time to _correctly_ configure the gateway software in the first place. (Be sure to handle those bounce messages!) o Someone with an Internet connection who's willing to maintain the gateway, fixing any problems that occur.
