Duben" To: djgpp Subject: newsgroups vs. mail After viewing the postings on newsgroups, it seems to me that there is really no compelling reason to complicate the current situation. The mail list is quite satisfactory and is available to all participants -- experts and newbies alike. The first rule of mental health is "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." By the way, it seems to me that some advocates of news groups are motivated to avoid newbie questions. Please, a little professionalism and consideration to rookies is order. At one time, we were all newbies. I don't think that there are many, other than DJ himself, who is totally familiar with all of the features of the compiler and it capabilities.
