I used to use the ToolBook mailing list, and imho the signal to noise ratio was tolerable. This seems to be the price you pay for attempting to make something more accessable. :( What would a newsgroup (or groups) hope to achieve? Personally, I like the proposal of the gnu.gcc.djgpp.* hierarchy mentioned previously, but I think that having all of this coming through my mailfeed would not be fun. Stuart
