There is an active EMX list at emx-list AT eb DOT ele DOT tue DOT nl.  I don't remember how
I subscribed, but presumably subscription requests go to either
emx-list-request AT eb DOT ele DOT tue DOT nl or listserv AT eb DOT ele DOT tue DOT nl.
