I am sorry that you haven't had luck getting those files, but it seems
that one portuguese gateway is unstable, so file transfers are
difficult. I'm also having problems connecting to sites like
ftp.cica.indiana.edu and other well-known sites! :-(

Please be patient and use an automated ftp program like batchftp or
similar.

If many people wants the files, I can upload to another place. Which?
(please make suggestions).

Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but it's not our problem...

PS: these packages are available in other sites, but I made some small
changes, so they are a little modified to run without problems with
DJGPP.
