Okay, I have written a DPMI information program which uses the GO32 dpmi 
library and downloaded it to 
  omnigate.clarkson.edu:pub/msdos/djgpp/pub/csdpmit1.zip
The zip file contains a readme file on the program, DPMIINF.C, DPMIINF.EXE,
and GO32110A.EXE (the patched version which supports "nodpmi" in the
GO32 environment variable, and somewhat working graphics).

If you have problems with DPMI, it is really necessary to have the output
from this program to diagnose a solution.  Don't harrass DJ, its my fault.
All of my testing was done on a 16Mb system, so limited memory configurations
are now in beta test...
