Known problems: - building DJGPP CVS version: additional warnings treated as errors (can be avoided by providing -Wno-stringop-truncation -Wno-stringop-overflow) - requires binutils-2.30+ (requirements in readme.DJGPP are not updated and are incorrect, binutils-2.29.1 do not work. No cross-binutils RPM on ftp.delorie.com, so cross-compiler RPMs are currently unusable - no more -gcoff: is it necessary for anything except building Emacs for DJGPP. As far as I remember building Emacs work with really old gcc versions only It would perhaps be reasonable to release new DJGPP version (2.06?). - Ada already requires changes that are not in 2.05 (some features) - Larga amount of changes are required to build Possible additional change, which I would like to see in: support of NTFS when SFN creating is disabled by Windows registry setting. Currently attempting open file which has only LFN but not SFN fails with EACCES. I myself do not have all required environments for testing such changes Andris
