For now you can get DJGPP 2.04 beta packages (dj*204.zip) from here:

I am uploading them to DJ's server right now.

I built them with gcc 3.3.2 and binutils 2.14.

Andrew: When you have time, could you run your packaging building script, to
rebuild all the packages with the beta 1 dj*204 packages, please? Once that's
done, I'll send an announcement to djgpp-announce.
