Indeed; but beware: the code they maintain differs from ours in a few places, due to DOS/Windows ideosyncrasies and a different Makefile system. Assuming their new code is somewhat different from the old one, either you retrofit the patches into the new code, or you leave the code alone and only import the new data files. IIRC, for the last v2.03 release, I did the latter.
