No, I mean put ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/ as the author, or at least one of the authors. (See section 22.20 of the FAQ for more.) Better yet, find the info about the package developers in the various README and other files on elsie.nci.nih.gov, and put their names in DSM. The site itself could then be in dsm-author-web-site, for example.
