There was once a shareware redirector called XFS, for > example (perhaps it's still on SimTel). http://www.freedos.org/freedos/news/technote/151.html It doesn't seem to be on Simtel.NET anymore, but I found it here: ftp://ftp.mpoli.fi/pub/software/DOS/NETWORK/ (index) ftp://ftp.mpoli.fi/pub/software/DOS/NETWORK/XFS189.ZIP (ZIP) XFS is an NFS redirector for DOS. It runs on top of a packet driver. I'll use this to do some testing of the fstat patch. NB: XFS is also a filesystem for Irix and Linux developed by SGI. This means a lot of Google hits on searches for XFS are for the Linux filesystem. Incidentally, a search for "XFS redirector DOS" turns up a few links to the DJGPP source. ;) Bye, Rich =] -- Richard Dawe [ http://www.phekda.freeserve.co.uk/richdawe/ ] "You can't evaluate a man by logic alone." -- McCoy, "I, Mudd", Star Trek
