The newest ones I have locally are from Dec 2000. It must have been a timestamp problem then. Someone I spoke to recently talked about having built new TeX packages. I suggested that they talk to Eli and maybe upload them to DJ, but I don't know if he did. I can't remember who it was and I couldn't find any mails in a quick search of my archives. Oh well.
