Well. My thinking was full information is better than lack of
it. Cf. the recent discussion about abort().

But I've no strong feelings about this.

The documentation is part of the software I provide. I worked on this.

Note the license can't become more free than that (at least that's my
goal) unless I'd put it in public domain.
