Do any of the authors need to fill in the copyright disclaimer paperwork for
DJ?

If the user has to do something to use it and it doesn't affect anything by
default, I don't see why it shouldn't go in.

PS: I still hope to review the DXE3 code today. I've literally just got
through all the things I was hoping to do, before reviewing DXE3.
