I've updated the source zip with the double const fix
(compiles fine on 2.9, hope it works on 3.x) for 
dxe3res.c.

I updated the dxegen.txi with more markups, some
emphasis added for dxe3res.

I added utils.tex to the zip since it requires 2 lines
of changes to declare the new nodes in the menu
for the new dxe3gen and dxe3res documentation.

(The dependencies for utils.info don't include all the
included info files, so you won't rebuild utils.info
just when dxe/dxegen.txi is modified).
