I have some extra bits of documentation for djasm, e.g., logic.txi,
jmp.txi, bit.txi, etc.  These files are similar to 'shift.txi' (i.e.,
they mostly contain Intel <-> djasm opcode tables and Texinfo indexing
commands), and correspond to the (commented out) '@include' lines in
djasm.txi.  Shall I upload these and patch djasm.txi to include them?
