Some comments on

Issues not specific to DJGPP 2.04, but could be fixed in it:

	The default stack size: stubify now has an option. Does it
	solve that problem(, Andris)?

	Some DJGPP utilities do not have documentation: Most (all?) of
	them do now.

Investigated Issues:

FreeDOS may support the LFN API soon: I suggest removal of "soon" or
changing it to "some day".
